Can we start with SaaS and move on-premises later?
Yes. The platforms are the same software; we export your data and import it into the on-premises deployment during a planned migration.
Who handles backups on-premises?
The deployment includes scripted backups to a location you choose; our support agreement covers monitoring them and assisting with restores.
Do on-premises installations need internet access?
No. Air-gapped deployments receive updates as signed container images delivered offline.
How are the platforms licensed?
Per deployment and per user or capacity tier, with terms agreed in the proposal. There is no public price list; contact us for a quote.
